Canadian Industrial Paramedics and Heart Lake First Nations
Canadian Industrial Paramedics (CIP) and Heart Lake First
Nations are proud to announce the formation of a Joint Venture
Company: Heart Lake Industrial Paramedics (HIP). CIP and Heart
Lake First Nations Construction Ltd (HLFNC) make up the official
partners of this Joint Venture Company. Heart Lake First Nations
is 51% owner of this JV, making HIP a true aboriginal owned
company.
The Joint Venture brings together CIP’s unparalleled experience,
expertise, and reputation in the Emergency Medical Services
field and HLFNC’s local business strength and exuberance in a
true First Nations Medical Standby Company. This will allow
Heart Lake Industrial Paramedics to meet client needs in Eastern
Alberta and Western Saskatchewan, traditional lands for Heart
Lake First Nations.
Additionally, CIP will be working with local educational
institutions and First Nation aboriginal educators to provide
education, training and employment opportunities to the local
communities in these regions.
CIP will continue to offer its high quality services with the
addition of this Joint Venture to its portfolio of client-centred
operations. CIP invites its current clients to join us in
welcoming Heart Lake First Nations to the CIP family and
encourages you to contact us regarding this Joint Venture and
what it may mean to you and CIP for the future.
